Palestine: The Only Litmus Test

The issue of Palestine transcends traditional political divisions of left and right; it is fundamentally about human rights, existence, and international legality. It serves as a crucial litmus test for anyone who champions freedom, prosperity, dignity, human rights, and even religious and moral values.

This divide is apparent globally, cutting across all social classes—not just in the Arab world or among the rich and poor and across different age groups. The ongoing genocide in Gaza, the October 7th attacks, and the decades-long oppressive occupation of Palestine have become pivotal issues. These events are shaping the next U.S. election, influencing the global economy, and heralding a return to an Age of Revolutions.

Fareed Zakaria, who coined the theory, argues that this new Age of Revolutions won’t immediately usher in radical combat groups as seen in the mid-20th century. Instead, it will manifest through civil disobedience, boycotts, and widespread awareness via social media.

We can see all these factors in real time today since Oct 7th. But is it all because of on going genocide and the awful images coming out of Gaza?

We know that the Palestinian cause does not exist in isolation. Today's youth face attacks through higher taxes, lower wages, reduced job prospects, and industry disruptions caused by AI.

They carry more debt than their parents ever did, and could never buy a home at the age their grandparents did.

This situation is exacerbating tensions among both conservative and liberal voters who struggle to meet basic needs while their government sends billions to Israel under the guise of combating terrorism—a policy that tragically resulted so far in the deaths of children. To date, this ethnic cleansing campaign led by Bibi and his government and supported by most Israelis have left 20,000 orphans in Gaza and resulted in 13,000 children's deaths, with expectations that these numbers  will rise once the rubble is cleared.

The American dream—characterized by stable employment and homeownership—has dissipated, pushing society to the brink. This situation is further aggravated by military funding bills to Israel instead of investing in America and Americans.

The youth has had enough: Not in our name and not with our money.

The influence of money in politics is another glaring issue. The Washington post reported a WhatsApp group by billionaires urging Eric Adams’s to use police force against Columbia students in exchange for policial donations.  Bill Ackman leveraged his wealth to kill DEI and remove Harvards first Black and female president, and then championed CEOs not to hire pro Palestine grads.

It gets worse when it comes to Congress and the senate.

An example would be Zionist mouth piece and elected official Ritchie Torres who mentions Israel 239% more than district 13 in the Bronx which he represents. The poorest district in America.

A quick review on Open Secret’s donation traction pages reveals that Ritchie Torres, received $170,000 in 2020 AIPAC and approved billions in military aid to Israel.

Since 2020, Torres has received approximately $2 million in total for a total of $17 billion in aid given highlighting a staggering return on investment.

We all know that most politicians are whores but to be this cheap is outstanding.

The shifts we are witnessing are unlikely to support Palestinian rights in the political arena for two or three election cycles. This, however is causing concern for Israel's foremost advocates,The ADL and AIPAC. A leaked audio from Jonathan Greenblatt, of the ADL, highlighted the impact of platforms like TikTok on rapid legislative actions, unseen in modern U.S history.

Which in turn is causing antisemitism to rise

AIPAC's tactics, particularly the weaponizing of antisemitism accusations against critics of Israel, perpetuate dangerous and racist stereotypes about Jewish control, posing significant risks to Jewish safety. In fact, Zionism and pro-Israel lobbies like AIPAC may pose the greatest threats to Jewish people today through their actions.

It doesn’t help Jews when Israeli soldiers go on TikTok, proudly saying they enjoyed killing in Gaza, or when Shai Davidai has nervous breakdown because he couldn’t go into his office at Columbia Business School and screams it’s 1939 while entire families are being exterminated in real time.

1939 is happening in Gaza now, and Israel is the new Nazi, and this is making a radical Islamic terror group win the war and gain support for a war that neither they or Netanyahu want to end.

A war paid for by American tax dollars, holding our future is at risk

Addressing America’s future is now intricately linked with securing a just and peaceful future for Palestine. A just peace process that leads to coherent peaceful solution that allows for Palestinians to exist in dignity and be compensated for 70 years of death, occupation, and dispossession.

This course of justice begins with redirecting our tax dollars from funding conflicts and military aid to Israel to investing in our roads, schools, and helping young people build wealth and our elderly have enough for social security.

Above all this involves dismantling an ideology that claims racial superiority that is rooted in religious believes which if you look at it from the same religious lens is very similar to an ideology we fought in Syria.

Ceasefire now!
